Copycat Workshops

Collective action for the collective good.

A major component of learning is the idea of community. By learning together we are able to achieve so much more than by learning alone.

As a member of the CommTech 10 community, you have now completed a solid collection of CopyCats, from Google Slides to Photoshop.  Now,  you will get a chance to host your own CopyCat workshop and challenge the class to recreate your design!

Tips to Get You Started

Tip #1 - Let Your Skill Lead the Way.

When it comes to coming up with an idea, be sure to focus on the skill that you have been assigned.
Tip #2 - Create A Challenge!

Make sure your CopyCat isn't too simple. If everyone knows how you did it, you don't need to show them! Don't waste everyone's time.
Tip #3 - Timing is Key!

Since your CopyCat has a time requirement, be sure to include enough time for participants to complete the design / skill.
Tip #4 - Be Helpful!

A big focus of this assignment is your ability to provide help and ensure participants are engaged in your CopyCat.  Be helpful throughout your time!
