Lyon's Den Pitch

Selling the "New Bliss"!

Have you ever had a great idea that you think could make money?  An invention that could help society?  Getting these ideas out there is the focus of our next project:  Lyon's Den Pitch.

Pitches can be any length of time but are always FOCUSED.
Part of success of the pitch is based on generating interest in the audience through planned, creative, persuasive presentation of your ideas.  Another part of a successful pitch is by creating a visual or image of your idea. Using technology as a tool for communicating ideas as well as your ability to be persuasive is the focus of this project.

Tips to Get You Started

Tip #1 - Understand Need

Perhaps the best way to start thinking about a pitch idea is to look at what you need.  Is there a product, a business, an app, or an idea that would make your life better?  This thought process could lead you to your idea.
Tip #2 - The Current Norm

In order to persuade others that your idea is a good one, make sure you understand the current situation.  How is this problem being met right now?  Or is it?  Who is the competition?
Tip #3 - "Imagine a World"

A good pitch is one that will have a well-crafted, structured script and resources that support that script.  Make sure to build resources that support your delivery.
Tip #4 - Rehearse!

You might have a great idea, a dynamic script and some eye-pleasing resources however all of this will be for not if you don't rehearse. Know your script and your idea will fly!
